Beach bowls
Started making beach bowls using small ammonite, seaweed clay impressions & designs. Love ammonites; Charmouth in Dorset, part of the Jurassic coast is one of my favourite places to go & lots of inspiration there.
Bowls have now become a commission to finish, but a few glaze tests needed first & experiment with firing glass onto ceramics.

Just order some lovely glazes from Bath Potters supplies, can't wait to get testing coloured glaze & glass!

Ceramic Wool bowl made for a present this year for my sister
Ceramic Wool bowl made for a present this year for my sister; lil sis is brill with wool, crochet & wanted a bowl to keep her pieces in & to stop her cats stealing the wool!
Terracotta wool bowl has been handmade using coiling technique, heart shape has been cut out from side of the bowl & ceramic heart attached to the other side. Metalic green glaze applied to the inside & outside heart & clear glaze on the outside.
Lil sis makes great use of this lovely shiney wool bowl!
